Reservations & Policies
We accept reservations between 8:00 am–10:00 pm daily. Feel free to email us or use the "Check Availability" link to the left if you would like to see which rooms are available.
Our toll free number, 1-877-787-5916, is for reservations.
Reservations require one night's deposit (full payment required for special event stays). We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover, Traveler's checks and cash. We also accept personal checks when received at least seven days prior to reservation date.
Rates
Quoted rates are for a one night stay and based on double occupancy. There will be a sales tax of 5.5% and a city room tax of 6% added. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policies
Check-in and Check-out – Check-in begins at 3pm and Check-out is 11am, so we may get rooms ready for the next guest to have the same enjoyment you had.
Cancellations and Refunds – All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Single Room Reservations – If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival only a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is received 6 days or less before the reservation date, you will be charged for the room plus a $25 cancellation fee If the room is rebooked only a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
Multiple Room Reservations – If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival only a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is received 6 days or less before the reservation date, you will be charged for the room plus a $25 cancellation fee If the room is rebooked only a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
For Special Events/Holidays, a full-stay, nonrefundable deposit by check is required. If, however, the room can be rebooked a refund of the deposit less the $25 cancellation fee will be given.
Gift Cards – Gift Cards are available anytime for your gift giving. Gift Cards serve as a deposit and are under the same cancellation polices as any other type of deposit. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
Breakfast – A fabulous gourmet breakfast is served in the main dining room anytime between 8:30am and 10:00 am.
Tours – We offer tours only for fundraising efforts in our community. Other than for these special occasions, we do not offer tours. This is so our guests may enjoy their quiet getaway.
Rules – Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the guest rooms or second floor area. This is strictly enforced! Violation means an eviction and added cleaning and fumigating costs to you. Smoking is allowed on the porches or in the garden.
Guests are responsible for any damages due to their actions or neglect.
No pets allowed. We love animals, but we have a Sheltie if you need to give some attention to a four-legged friend or just a fur fix.
For the security and privacy of all, nobody but registered guests may be in the house without prior knowledge and without our being present.
No Children under age 12 unless special circumstances exist. For the majority of our guests, a child-free stay is necessary. However, if all rooms are reserved by one group and children are part of and accepted by the group, they are welcome to stay.
