Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in BEGINS at 4 PM: Check-out is BY 11 AM.
We are so sorry, but we cannot accommodate late check-outs.

Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Single Room Reservations:
If a cancellation is receive 14 days or more before reservation date, a full refund of deposit, less $15 cancellation fee is given. If a cancellation is receive 13 to 7 days before reservation date, a gift certificate will be issued for the value of the deposit, less the $15 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received 7 days or less before the reservation date, a full refund of deposit, less $15 cancellation fee will be given if the room is rebooked.

Multiple Rooms Reservations:
If more than one room is reserved, deposits for cancellations that are received 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded, less the $15 cancellation fee. Deposits for cancellations received 13 days or less before arrival date will be refunded, less the $15 cancellation fee, if the rooms are rebooked.
Special Events/Holidays: Full-stay deposit by check is required and is nonrefundable. If however, the room can be rebooked, a refund of the deposit, less the $15 cancellation fee will be given.

Gift Cards:
Gift Certificates are available anytime for your gift giving. Gift Cards are printed on high quality paper and embellished ... they may not want to part with them! Gift Cards serve as a deposit and are under the same cancellation polices as any other type of deposit. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Breakfast:
A Fabulous Gourmet Breakfast is served in the main dining room
anytime between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Breakfast-in-Bed is available for an additional $25.

Rules:
No Smoking - Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the house. This is strictly enforced: a violation means an eviction and added cleaning and fumigating costs to you. Smoking is allowed on the porches or in the garden.

Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages due to their actions or neglect.

No Pets:
We Love animals, but we have a Sheltie if you need to give some attention to a four legged friend.

Unregistered guests:
For the security and privacy of all, nobody but registered guests may be in the house without prior knowledge and without our being present. They may not enter the second floor under any circumstances.

Tours:
We offer tours only for fund-raising efforts in our community, usually only one or two times a year. Other than for these special occasions, we do not offer tours. This is so our guests may enjoy their quiet getaway.

No Children under age 12 unless special circumstances exist. For the majority of our guests, a child free stay is necessary. However, if all rooms are reserved by one group and children are part of and accepted by the group, they are welcome to stay
